This
is one of the most wildest NSR street bikes I have ever seen. This
bike was built about five years ago by the owner, Atsushi Kosuge of Japan.
These pictures are the first pictures taken after the bike was completed.
The bike started off as a beet up old 1987 NSR250R and was transformed
into this wild street fighter. The rear swingarm and engine are from a
1992 SE NSR. The front forks are from a Suzuki GSX-R 400 with a Suzuki
Bandit 400 front wheel, the rear wheel is from a TZR250 and machined to
fit the MC21 gullarm. The engine was overhauled and features a custom
carb box with re-jetted carbs. The gas tank also borrowed from
a Suzuki has two guages custom fit to monitor the engine for cooling and
the charging system. Custom rear sets, fully polished frame, swingarm,
Tattoo style custom paint, the rear seat is a custom made unit fitted
with a taillamp from a Buell plus too many small details to list here.
This bike is shown with the standard pipes using Jha silencers, but has
now been fitted with another set of funky Jha pipes which both exit on
the right side. |
