Here is Mr. Rossi's unbelievable NSR500 getting ready to go for a warm up early in the morning. The technician guy was just revving it up for about ten minutes. What a amazing sound and experience it was being in the pit area !! All these monster GP bikes revving there engines together was almost overwhelming. You got to be there in person to believe it. Rossi went on to win the race and also it was the 500th victory for Honda too.

As a special bonus to the fans of Valentino Rossi, I have scanned in this image of him in action while testing his Nastro Azzurro Honda NSR500 a few weeks before the GP race in Suzuka. This is the only picture I did not take myself and I borrowed it from the Official Program from the Grand Prix of Japan which cost me about 15 US Dollars for a magazine with some color pictures in it.
