| This is a picture of a 1990
NSR 250R which serves both purposes as the owners local transportation
and racing machine. His name is Kato and he drives the bike nearly everyday
while racing semi successfully in the F3 class here in Japan. He is from
Kanagawa prefecture and his bike has been modified with an upper cowl
from a 1989 CBR 250. The seat cowl is from Penny Lane, he added a Beet
Racing Aero front fender then cut the cowl and painted it himself. This
look is sort of popular in Japan. Other extras are 1993 SP front forks,
a SP engine, SP rear shock, HRC back step kit, HRC limit cutter and carb
parts, stainless brake lines, Dunlop GPR70SP race tires and Dog Fight
Racing pipes !! |
