1996 NSR SE from Hyogo Prefecture of Japan. After a serious crash ( Luckily
the owner was not injured too bad ) He decided to rebuild the bike with
his insurance claim. Starting with the front of the bike he added a full
upside down RVF fork kit from Jha. Next was to replace the destroyed body
work. A full cowl was borrowed from a 1996 RS250 racer with custom made
brackets and a cowl stay to fit the new body work to the NSR frame. The
seat cowl is from Jha. After the bodywork was completed the bike was painted
in Marlboro racing colors. Performance is enhanced by the Jha SP pipes
with carbon kevlar silencers, HRC reed valves, spacers and stuffers. Braking
has been improved with Brembo calipers with special brackets. Stainless
mesh brake lines, Brembo heavy duty master cylinder and sport pads. Other
extras are a NHK steering damper, Ethos design quick adjusters for the
front forks, custom made rear fenderless kit, FCC heavy duty clutch, WR's
back step kit, RK gold chain and Michelin tires ( TX15 and TX25 ). What
a great bike !! This bike was brought back to life where most people would
have left it to the wreckers. |
