94K - Click for full size image This custom RZ250 received a RZ350 engine that was worked over for more power. A custom built exhaust system, RK wheels, TZ250 disc brakes, Beet Racing clip ons, and a custom made rear swingarm and rear sets all finished off with early style TZ bodywork in a YF design.
1991 TZR250R features a Jackal exhaust system with carbon fiber silencers, full fiberglass bodywork painted in Marlboro racing colors, carbon fiber rear fender, RG Sugo clip ons and Afram custom sprockets. 93K - Click for full size image
93K - Click for full size image This 1987 Yamaha TZR 250 was pulled apart, the frame was powdercoated. A rear suspension from a 1990 TZR 250 was swapped in and polished as well. A complete front end from a 1991 TZR 250SP replaces the old style. Custom seat, cushion and paint. Dog Fight Racing pipes and many more small details.

97K - Click for full size image A 1995 Aprilia RS250 with polished M-Max race pipes, carbon kevlar silencers, rejetted carbs, stainless brake lines, carbon pads, RK chain, Afram sprockets, Dunlop GPR70SP tires and a cool paint job based on the factory design with new colors.

This Kawasaki KDX 250 has a front end from a Yamaha TZR250 SP with Honda VFR 400 wheels, brake discs and Brembo calipers. A single sided Proarm swingarm from a Honda RVF400 was machined to fit the frame. Performance is enhanced with a rebuilt engine with a 36mm oversized carb and full race exhaust system.
